Frequently Asked Questions

  • Delivery is available to the following communities and a few of their satellites. If you find that delivery is not an option at check out, please give us a call and we can arrange for a delivery quote for your order before moving forward with the sale.

    Our typical delivery rates:

    Lebanon – $15

    Albany – $20

    Corvallis – $30

    Satellite Communities - $35

    MOTHER’S DAY DELIVERY - $15 for all locations!

    At checkout, please enter the delivery address as your shipping address.

    1. The day before delivery, you will receive an email confirming the delivery address, date of delivery and a time frame for arrival. As we are dealing with traffic and the possibility of unforeseen circumstances, delays may occur. You can always call us for an update.

    2. If a driveway gate is closed or we see dogs that are loose near your front door, we will call the number on your order ONE time (and leave a message, if needed) to request assistance. If we cannot reach you within a reasonable amount of time, your order will need to be arranged for pick up. The delivery fee is not refundable because of an inability to deliver due to gates/dogs.

    3. Please specify a location near your front door where you would like the bouquet placed – just in case we arrive with no one to receive your order. We strongly suggest an area with plenty of shade and out of the reach of animals.

    Your bouquet stems will be wrapped in a sleeve that will keep flowers fresh and hydrated for a full day – no need to unwrap them until they have been presented to the lucky lady or gent.

  • We are currently establishing locations that will host for pick up. We will do our best to ensure that it is convenient for parking and arrival. Until those are finalized, expect to receive an email confirmation with the location announced at least 24 hours before pick up.

    Failure to pick up your order on time will result in forfeiting your bouquet!  No refunds will be granted. 

    Be sure to arrive for pick up before our hosts close for the day.  We will list their hours here once we have those locations finalized.

  • Please save or print a copy of your order confirmation to present at pick up.

    The lovely folks who are hosting our pick-up locations are only acting as bouquet bodyguards.  They will not be able to address concerns or questions regarding your order or New Mercies Bloom’s policies.  Please call us if you experience issues.

    Show our hosts some love by being courteous and patient - and maybe even purchase one of their amazing items.  They are being generous with their space and resources, and we want them to have an equally wonderful experience working with us.

  • We are working hard to provide many options to get your hands on our bouquets.
